Shipping & Return Policy

1. Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. The usual transit time will be between 5 to 12 business days depends on the traffic. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

1.2 Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to change depending on the carrier and destination.

1.3 Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

1.4 International Shipping

We currently only ship to customers in United States or Canada.

1.5 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pawetrys is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

2. Return Policy

2.1 How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?

Customers may return the item(s) within 15 days of receipt for any reason, and within 30 days of receipt for the reason of product defect

2.2 Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective. You must use the return label ("Return Label") we provide.

2.3 Can I Still Return Items If They Are Worn, Damaged, Or Have The Tags Removed?

You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.Items damaged through normal wear and tear are non-eligible for returns. A minimum of 15% restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the item returned back to our warehouse for no reason returns.

2.4 Important Notice

  1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address we provide.
  2. Please make sure you do not include any items that were not purchased on the Pawetrys Site by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
  3. If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.

3. Refunds

  1. For products that are returned in accordance with this return Policy, refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, as per your request. Due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
  1. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions for returning the item.
